You can manage as many Gmail or Outlook accounts as you'd like — whether that's a work account or a personal account! ✨
Add an account
Desktop
Hit Cmd+K (Mac) or Ctrl+K (Windows) → Add Account.
- If an account is hosted through Google, select Sign in with Google.
- If an account is hosted through Microsoft 365, select Sign in with Microsoft.
Mobile
- In your inbox, press-and-hold on your account icon in the bottom right corner.
- Tap Accounts.
- Tap Add Account.
- Sign into your Gmail or Outlook account.
Switch accounts
Desktop
To switch between accounts you've added to Mail, hit Cmd+K or Ctrl+K → Switch Accounts.
The shortcut for each account will appear on the right side of the menu.
Mobile
There are several ways to change accounts on Mobile:
- Tap the account icon in the bottom right corner to flip through your accounts.
- Press-and-hold the account icon, then tap an account in the list that appears.
Change the order of your accounts
Desktop
Hit Cmd+K or Ctrl+K → Account Settings. Then, click and drag the three little bars to the right of the account to rearrange the order.
Mobile
- Press-and-hold the icon in the bottom right corner.
- Tap Accounts.
- Press-and-hold then drag the 3 lines to the right of the account you'd like to reorder.
Remove an account
Desktop
Hit Cmd+K or Ctrl+K → Account Settings then click Sign out next to the account you'd like to remove.
Mobile
- Press-and-hold the icon in the bottom right corner.
- Tap Accounts.
- Tap Sign out next to the account you'd like to remove.

Can I add other accounts that aren't hosted in Google or Microsoft 365?
We only support Gmail and Microsoft 365 hosted accounts at the moment. Learn more about Supported Account Types here.

Can I unify all my accounts?
We don't currently have a Unified Inbox feature, however we recommend a workaround using tabs to keep an eye on all your inboxes. Learn more here.
