Signatures

Gmail

Superhuman Mail uses your Gmail signature at the moment, and you can add one to Gmail like so:

  1. Go to your Gmail general settings.
  2. Scroll down to Signature: and click Create New.
  3. Enter the name and add your signature.
  4. Be sure to select the signature for both of these settings:

  5. Click Save Changes at the bottom of the page.
  6. After a few moments, head back to Mail and hit Cmd+R (Mac) or Ctrl+R (Windows) to refresh or force-quit and reopen the app.
  7. You can view your signature by clicking the "..." at the bottom of a draft.

You can then configure your signature to be included or removed on all replies and forwards by hitting Cmd+K or Ctrl+K → Signature

Outlook

Hit Cmd+K or Ctrl+K → Signature to paste your existing Outlook signature, including all images and hyperlinks.

You can also configure your signature to be included or removed on all replies and forwards.

To see your signature, click the "..." at the bottom of a draft.

💡 Tip: We have seen some finickiness when copying from the Outlook desktop app, so we recommend copying from your signature settings in the Outlook web app instead.

FAQs

Can I configure my signature to be included or removed on all replies and forwards on Mobile?

There isn't a way to configure this on Mobile just yet, but Mobile will respect the settings on Desktop.

How do I use multiple signatures?

It’s not possible to use more than one signature in Mail yet. As a workaround, you can delete your signatures from your signature settings in Gmail or by hitting Cmd+K or Ctrl+K → Signatures in Mail for Outlook. Once you’ve done that, you can create a Snippet for each of your signatures and use them as needed.
