Team Read Statuses and Team Reply Indicators

Stay in sync with your team — see when teammates’ messages get read, and know when someone’s already drafting a reply so no one doubles up.

Team Read Statuses

When Read Statuses are shared across your team, you can close high-value deals, hire elusive candidates, and stay aligned on what’s been seen.

Say a teammate sends an email to a lead and copies you in. Even though you didn’t send the email, you can still see when the lead has read it — including how many times, and whether it was on their laptop or their phone. With that context, you can follow up with just the right message.

Team Reply Indicators

Team Reply Indicators save you from the classic "oops, we both replied." When a teammate is drafting a reply or has an email scheduled, an indicator appears in the bottom left corner of the message so your team stays in sync.

No setup needed —  just look for the indicator before you reply.

💡 Tip: Pair Team Reply Indicators with Team Read Statuses to get the full picture before you hit send — you’ll know who’s seen the message, who’s already on it, and exactly when to follow up.
