Team Read Statuses
With Team Read Statuses, Read Statuses are now shared across your team, so you can can close high-value deals, hire elusive candidates, and stay in sync with your team.
Let’s say a teammate sends an email to a lead and Cc’s you. Even though you did not send the email, you can still see when the lead has read that email — including how many times, and whether it was on their laptop or their phone. Now you have more context, and can follow up with just the right message.
⚡ Try It Now
- On Desktop, hit Cmd+K (Mac) or Ctrl+K (Windows) → Team Read Statuses to enable Read Statuses. On Mobile, pull down then swipe right (like you're making an L) for Superhuman Command. Type Read Statuses Settings and toggle on Team Read Statuses for the account(s) you want.
- Check the status of a message on Desktop by hovering over the checkmarks next to the email’s header, or by looking at the bottom right corner of the conversation’s last message. On Mobile, tap the details on the bottom right corner of the conversation’s last message.
Team Reply Indicators
Team Reply Indicators save you from the classic “oops, we both replied.” 🫢
Look for an indicator on the bottom left corner of the message to see when a teammate is already drafting or has an email scheduled, so your team’s communication stays smooth and coordinated.
