Shared Conversations
Think of Shared Conversations as your team’s shortcut to staying aligned. Instead of cluttering inboxes with forwards, Bccs, or screenshots, you can give your teammates instant visibility. Teammates — even those not on Superhuman Mail — can see the full history and stay updated as the conversation evolves. Just share the thread directly, or send a link for instant context.

- On Desktop, select a conversation you'd like to share, then hit Cmd+K (Mac) or Ctrl+K (Windows) → Share Conversation to begin sharing it with teammates. On Mobile, tap the message you’d like to share, then pull down from the top of the inbox and type Share Conversation.
- Type your teammates' email addresses or select them from the dropdown menu.
- On Desktop, hit Share to share the conversation in Superhuman, or hit Cmd+S or Ctrl+S to copy the link share. On Mobile, tap Share to share the conversation in Superhuman, or tap Copy to copy the link share.
Your teammate now has full context and access to the entire conversation you shared!
💡 Tip: If your team mainly collaborates in tools like Slack, Coda, or Notion, copy the link share so everyone gets the full context right where they already work.
Team Comments
Use Team Comments to finally talk about the email right inside the email itself. Add context, share feedback, or @mention a teammate to bring them in instantly. No screenshots. No switching between apps. Everyone stays aligned with the full conversation in one place, and even teammates who don’t use Superhuman can follow along. This is the fastest and clearest way to collaborate with complete context.

- Open a message you’d like to share with a teammate.
- On Desktop, hit M to navigate to the comment bar, and @mention a teammate. On Mobile, tap the comment icon in the triage bar.
- Hit Cmd+Enter or Ctrl+Enter to send the comment, and share the conversation on Desktop. On Mobile, tap the Send button to leave the comment, and share the conversation.
By using the @mention in your comment, your teammate will now get full access to the conversation. They can jump in with their own comments that external recipients will not be able to see.
