Making Superhuman Your Own
Welcome to the Superhuman Level Up Guide! These 4 lessons will build on what you learned in Get Started to make you even faster and more productive. In just 15 minutes, you’ll be a Superhuman super user!
Signature
Make sure you’re signature is helping you put your best foot forward.
For Google based accounts, your signature should match your google settings automatically!
For Outlook accounts, it’s easy to bring your signature into Superhuman. Here’s how:
Hit Cmd+K (Mac) or Ctrl+K (Windows) → Signatures and write in or paste your signature in from Outlook! Any changes you make on the Desktop will be mirrored in your mobile app as well.

Social Profile
Customize how you present yourself to the Superhuman community!
Superhuman's sidebar profiles are created using third-party services, and our own search to match email addresses with publicly available social data.
To update your profile, hit Cmd+K or Ctrl+K → Edit Profile. On mobile, just two-finger tap and enter Edit Profile.
💡 Tip
Use the steps below to update your Clearbit data which is made available to third-party services.
- Fill out the form at preferences.clearbit.com/privacy
- Open the confirmation email you receive to verify your address.
- Your updates will appear in Superhuman within two weeks.
Carbon
Prefer dark mode? Our version is fantastic!
To put Superhuman in dark mode, hit Cmd+K or Ctrl+K → Carbon. If you change your mind, just hit Cmd+K or Ctrl+K → Snow.
To put Superhuman for Mobile into Carbon, two-finger tap and enter Carbon.
Adding Accounts
Superhuman subscriptions are billed per user, allowing you to add multiple accounts for no extra costs!
⚡Try It Now on Desktop
- Hit Cmd+K or Ctrl+K → Add Account (Desktop)
- Click Sign in with Google or Sign in with Microsoft
- Accept all permissions

- Two-finger tap
- Enter Add Account
- Tap Sign in with Google or Sign in with Microsoft
- Accept all permissions
💡 Tips
- To move between accounts on desktop, hit Cmd+K (Mac) or Ctrl+K (Windows) → Switch Accounts. On mobile, tap the account image in the bottom right hand corner.
- On the desktop app, hit Cmd+T or Ctrl+T to create a new tab. To switch between tabs, hit Cmd+1-9 (Mac) or Ctrl+1-9 (Windows)
