Sometimes, half the battle is making sure the event happens at a time that works for you. With Share Availability, you remain in control.

You can easily create booking pages and share open times from your calendar right in a draft! The recipient just clicks the time that works best for them, and it automatically creates a calendar event 📆

1. Hit 2 to see your week.
2. Click ➕ next to Booking Pages to create a Booking Page.
3. Once you’ve filled in the details — Event Title, Duration, Video, Where, Scheduling Windows, Calendar, and Check for Conflicts — hit Cmd+Enter (Mac) or Ctrl+Enter (Windows) to save.
4. To use your Booking Page in a draft, hit Cmd+Shift+A or Ctrl+Shift+A, then select the Booking Page.

💡 Tip: Try Insert free times to hand-pick a few time slots for your recipient. It’s perfect for VIPs, or anytime you want to keep things a little more personal.

Recipient Experience

When your recipient clicks the booking link or “book here” in the message, they’ll be taken to a page where they can pick a time that works best for them. All available time slots show up in their local timezone, so there’s no need to worry about converting time zones 🌐

Once they pick a time, they’ll move to a page where they can enter their name and email, and add or remove any additional guests for the event.

Once they hit Schedule, the event is booked! The organizer will get a confirmation email, and any other guests will receive a calendar invite.
