Meetings on Your Terms

Sometimes half the battle is making sure the event happens at time the works for you. With Share Availability, you remain in control.

You can quickly insert available time slots from your calendar into a draft! The recipient will be able to click on the time that works best for them, which instantly generates a calendar event ⚡

⚡ Try It Now on Desktop

  1. While composing, hit Cmd+K (Mac) or Ctrl+K (Windows) → Share Availability or Cmd+Shift+A or Ctrl+Shift+A.
  2. Your calendar will appear, where you can click and drag to select time slots.
  3. When teammates are included in the To: or Cc: fields in a message, their calendar will automatically appear 👥
  4. You can add details about the meeting in the pop-up that appears — Event title, Who, Duration, Timezone, Video, and Where ✨
  5. In the "Who" field, you can quickly add or remove teammates. You can also turn on Ignore conflicts to ensure the booking link skips over those calendars entirely.
  6. Once you’ve added all the details, hit Insert to add your availability to the draft 📆

Recipient Experience

When the recipient clicks "book here" in the message, they'll be taken to a booking page where they can click on a time slot that works with their schedule. They will see all available time slots in their local timezone, so there's no need to convert time differences manually 🌐

After the recipient selects a time, they will progress to the page where they can add or remove other guests to the event.

Once they hit Continue, the event will be scheduled.

The organizer will receive a confirmation email, and other guests will receive an event notification.

Things change? No worries. Superhuman Mail’s booking page updates in real time to match your availability so your recipient always has the most accurate options to choose from.
