Desktop

1. Open the thread you would like to print.
2. To expand all messages in a thread, hit Shift+O.
3. Hit Cmd+P (Mac) or Ctrl+P (Windows).
4. Click Print.

Mobile (iOS only)

1. Tap on the thread you would like to print. 
2. To print just a specific message, swipe left on the message and tap Expand.
3. Pull down from the top of your inbox to open Superhuman Command.
4. Type Print.

FAQs

How do I print a single email on Desktop?

There isn’t a way to print a single email in a thread on Desktop, however we recommend the following workaround for the time being:

1. Open the thread you would like to print.
2. Hit Shift+O twice to collapse all messages in the thread.
3. Then use N and P to navigate to the message you want to print.
4. Hit O to expand that message, then hit Cmd+P or Ctrl+P to print with just that message open.

How do I save an email as a PDF?

Mac

1. Hit Cmd+P.
2. Select Save as PDF from the dropdown in the bottom left corner.
3. Click Print.

Windows

1. Hit Ctrl+P.
2. Under Select Printer, select Microsoft Print to PDF.
3. Click Print.
