The HubSpot integration for Superhuman Mail allows you to:
- See contacts, companies, and deals from your inbox ✍️

View HubSpot data
Desktop
You can view HubSpot data associated with the contacts you are emailing. Simply hover over a recipient in an email and the data will display in the right sidebar.
To get started:
- You must first be on the Business or Enterprise plan.
- Click Settings → HubSpot.
- Then, log into HubSpot and HubSpot information in the sidebar will appear for any contact that has a record in HubSpot!
Mobile
You can view HubSpot data on the contact cards.
Customize HubSpot view
Desktop
To customize the sections in your HubSpot sidebar, click Settings → HubSpot.
To disable a section, uncheck the box on the right side. To customize the objects and properties, click ⚙️.
To add a property, type the property name in the line that appears. To remove a property, click Remove. Click and hold the three lines next to a property to rearrange the order.
You can also edit properties by hovering over any property in the HubSpot sidebar or by hitting Cmd+K (Mac) or Ctrl+K (Windows) → Edit.
Mobile
Editing capabilities are not yet available on Mobile.
Adding Contacts to HubSpot
Desktop
When you hover over an email that does not yet exist in HubSpot, an Add to HubSpot button will appear in the HubSpot sidebar.
Click Add to HubSpot to view the contact form.
Once you’ve completed the form, hit Cmd+Enter or Ctrl+Enter to save the contact in HubSpot.
HubSpot Sequences
Desktop
If your HubSpot plan includes Sequences, you can add a contact to a Sequence directly from Superhuman Mail!
Click Settings → HubSpot, then click Sign in again under Sequences.
After you’ve accepted the new permissions, click the Add to Sequence button in the sidebar.
A menu will appear with all the Sequences you have access to.
Use the Up or Down arrow keys to select a Sequence from the list. This will immediately add the contact to that Sequence.
Auto-Bcc
Desktop
Superhuman Mail allows you to add your HubSpot-generated Bcc address to every message that you send!
To get started, first find your HubSpot Bcc address:
- Open HubSpot.
- Click the ⚙️ in HubSpot’s main navigation bar to access your settings.
- On the left side, select Objects → Activities.
- Under the Email Log & Track tab, go to the Manual Logging section at the bottom of the page.
- Copy the Bcc email address.
Then, in Superhuman Mail you'll want to:
- Hit Cmd+K or Ctrl+K → Auto-Bcc Settings.
- Paste the bcc address into the window that appears.
- Hit Enter to save the change.
Mobile
- After you’ve found your HubSpot Bcc address, two-finger tap and type Auto-Bcc Settings.
- Tap the account you’d like to add the address to and paste the Bcc address into the Auto-Bcc address line.
FAQs
HubSpot permission
- If you are not seeing the right contacts, you may need to check in with your HubSpot admin to receive permission.
- Superhuman Mail does not differentiate between granular levels of permission. Users that have permission to read objects in HubSpot, will also be able to read those objects in Mail.
Does this integration change how emails are logged to HubSpot?
The integration does not change how emails are logged to HubSpot. This is just displaying the data.
How do I track emails from Superhuman Mail in HubSpot?
Superhuman Mail’s HubSpot integration doesn’t track emails or log incoming emails into HubSpot as of yet.
If you would like to log your outgoing email, however, you can Auto-Bcc HubSpot on each of your sent emails using the steps in the Auto-Bcc section above.
I’m having trouble signing into my HubSpot account.
