You can move conversations between the Important and Other Splits to ensure you’re focused on the right emails at the right time.

Moving from Important to Other

Gmail-based Accounts

1. Select the conversation you would like to move, then hit Cmd+K (Mac) or Ctrl+K (Windows) → Move to Other.

   Three options will appear:

   

   1. Move conversation to Other will only move that single conversation to Other. This will not affect existing or future messages.
   2. Move all conversations from the full email address to Other will move all existing and future conversations from that email address to Other.
   3. Move all conversations from the domain to Other will move all existing and future conversations from that domain to Other.
2. Use the up and down arrow keys to select your preference, then hit Enter.

Outlook-based Accounts

1. Select the conversation you would like to move, then hit Cmd+K or Ctrl+K → Move to Other.

   Two options will appear:

   

   1. Move conversation to Other will only move that single conversation to Other. This will not affect existing or future messages.
   2. Move all conversations from the full email address to Other will move all existing and future conversations from that email address to Other.
