Calendar Basics
You can easily manage your calendar without leaving your Superhuman inbox.
See your Day & Week
Desktop
Hit Cmd+K (Mac) or Ctrl+K (Windows) → Open Day or 0 (zero) to see today's schedule in the sidebar.
When you hover over or open a calendar invite, the day's schedule will appear in the sidebar.
Hit = to advance to the next day or - to return to the previous day.
To see your week, hit Cmd+K or Ctrl+K → Open Week or 0 then 0.
Hit = or J to advance to the next week, and - or K to return to the previous week. Hit T to return to today.
Mobile
Tap the Calendar icon in the top left corner to see your day.
You can also pull down from the top of the inbox. Two-finger to access Superhuman Command, and tap Open Calendar.
If a message includes a date, tap the button that appears below the message to see your day.
In calendar invites, tap the calendar icon next to the date.
⚡Try it Now
On Desktop, hit 0 to See Your Day then 00 to See Your Week. On Mobile, tap the Calendar icon in the top right hand corner.
Adding Calendars
You can add additional calendars to Superhuman on Desktop or Mobile and they will be available across all of your devices.
Desktop
Hit Cmd+K (Mac) or Ctrl+K (Windows) → Calendar Settings to add other Gmail or Microsoft calendars. Check the box to enable or disable your specific calendars.
To add other calendars from other accounts, click Sign in with Google or with Microsoft. You can click Event Notifications to enable calendar notifications.
To change the color of each calendar, select the colored box.
Mobile
To add your other Gmail or Microsoft calendars, two-finger tap and enter Calendar Settings.
Tap on the circle to enable or disable your specific calendars. You can also tap Sign in with Google or with Microsoft to add calendars from other accounts.

Create Event
You can instantly schedule events without leaving your Superhuman inbox with Instant Event.
Desktop
In an open message, hit Cmd+K (Mac) or Ctrl+K (Windows) → Create Event or B.
This will include recipients from the thread, a summary of the meeting's purpose, and default Meeting Link Settings. Instant Event will fill out as much relevant information, and will even suggest the best time based on your availability, and your team's availability!
When a date is detected in a thread, Instant Event will appear as a suggestion below.
You can also click on an in-text date to see Instant Event.
Mobile
There are several ways to use Instant Event on the go!
a. In an open message, pull down from the top of the inbox. Type then tap Create Event.
b. Instant Event will appear as a suggestion when a date is detected in a thread. Tap Create event to have Superhuman AI draft an event from the open message.
This will add recipients from the thread, a summary of the meeting's purpose, and default Meeting Link Settings. Instant Event will fill out as much relevant information, and will even suggest the best time based on your availability, and your team's availability!
