FAQs

Did you train on my emails?

Superhuman does not ingest your data for this feature. Autocomplete isn’t trained on your existing emails or drafts. Instead, we offer predictions for common words or phrases.

Do the predictions learn from my writing over time?

Not at the moment. We use a pre-trained model that doesn’t adapt based on your writing style. It only considers what’s in the current draft and matches it to our library of common words and phrases.

Does it work in other languages?

Not yet! If this is of interest, please hit Cmd+K or Ctrl+K → Feedback to let our team know which languages you would like use with Autocomplete.

Does Autocomplete take grammar into account?

Predictions aim to be grammatically correct.

Can I turn it off?

Yes, you can toggle it off in Settings or hit Cmd+K or Ctrl+K → Disable Autocomplete.
