Share Availability
You can quickly insert available time slots from your calendar into a draft! The recipient will be able to click on the time that works best for them, which instantly generates a calendar event ⚡
You can also check it out here!
Insert Availability
There are several ways to share your availability:
- Hit Cmd+K (Mac) Ctrl+K (Windows) → Share Availability.
- While composing a message, hit Cmd+Shift+A or Ctrl+Shift+A, or click the calendar button at the bottom of the draft.
Your calendar will appear, where you can click and drag to select time slots.
You can also factor in your teammates’ availability!
When teammates are included in the To: or Cc: fields in a message, their calendar will automatically appear 👥
Add Event Details
While creating an event, you can add details about the meeting in the pop up that appears — Event title, Who, Duration, Video, and Where ✨
In the Who field, you can quickly add or remove teammates. You can also turn on Ignore conflicts to ensure the booking link skips over those calendars entirely.
Once you’ve added all the details, hit Insert to add your availability into the draft 📆
Recipient Experience
When the recipient clicks "book here" in the message, they'll be taken to a booking page where they can click on a time slot that works with their schedule.
After the recipient selects a time, they will progress to the page where they may add or remove other guests to the event.
Once they hit Continue, the event will be scheduled.
The organizer will receive a confirmation email, and other guests will receive an event notification.

FAQs
How can I share availability from a different calendar?
Share Availability currently uses your primary calendar to find when you're available. If you want to share availability from a different calendar, you’ll need to switch to that account.
Does this work in the Mobile apps?
Share Availability is available on desktop only for now. We're working on bringing it to Mobile in the coming months!
What happens if an event is booked over one of the time slots I shared?
The booking link reflects the live state of your calendar when the recipient opens it. If a slot is no longer available, the booking link will automatically update to reflect your change in availability.
