Managing Accounts on Mobile

Trying to configure your accounts on Mobile? We’ve got you covered!

How to add a new account

1. In your inbox, press-and-hold the circle in the bottom right corner.
2. Tap Accounts.

3. Tap Add Account.

4. Sign into your Gmail or Outlook account.

How to change which account you’re viewing

There are two ways you can do this!

• Tap that circle to flip through your accounts.
• Press-and-hold the circle and tap an account in the list that appears.

How to change the order of your accounts

1. Press-and-hold the circle in the bottom right corner.
2. Tap on Accounts.

3. Press-and-hold then drag the 3 lines on the right of the account you’d like to move to the desired spot.

How to remove an account

1. Press-and-hold the circle in the bottom right corner.
2. Tap on Accounts.

3. Tap on Sign out next to the account you’d like to remove.
