Looking to track your messages in HubSpot? Superhuman doesn't quite have a integration to offer, yet but we do have a way for you to keep track of all outbound messages!

Superhuman allows you to add your Hubspot-generated Bcc address to every message you send.

If you're not sure what your HubSpot Bcc address is, here's how to find it:

  1. Open HubSpot.
  2. Click the ⚙️ in HubSpot's main navigation bar to access your settings.
  3. On the left side, click Objects → Activities.
  4. Click Email Logging.
  5. Manual Tracking at the bottom of the page — copy the Bcc email address.

Then, in Superhuman you'll want to:

  1. Hit Cmd+K (Mac) or Ctrl+K (Windows)→ Auto-Bcc Settings.
  2. Paste the address into the window that appears.
  3. Hit Enter to save the change.

How do I remove the auto-bcc address from all messages moving forward?

  1. Hit Cmd+K or Ctrl+KAuto-Bcc Settings.
  2. Delete the Bcc address from the field.
  3. Hit Enter to save your changes.

How do I remove the Auto-Bcc address from a single message?

  1. While drafting your message, hit Cmd+Shift+B or Ctrl+Shift+B to expand and bring Superhuman's focus to the "Bcc" line.
  2. Delete the Auto-Bcc address from the "Bcc" field.
