FAQs

Processing a mass archive is taking a while! What’s going on?

We intentionally batch-process lots of actions to avoid hitting the limit on how much data you can send through Gmail or Outlook’s API.

But don't worry! You'll be on your way to a cleaner Inbox in no time 🧹

I’m an Android user. Why can’t I process a mass archive there?

We haven’t built a Select All feature on the Superhuman for Android app just yet, but we’re planning on making that possible in the future!

Let the team know you’re interested in this, and we can update you once it’s ready!
