Team Scheduling

So far, you’ve learned how to quickly and efficiently respond to messages, share conversations with teammates, and see when people have opened or are in the process of responding to a message. Now, it’s time to ensure everyone on your team is fully synchronized with their schedules using Team Scheduling, and automatic time zone conversion!

Streamline the planning process for internal meetings, and reduce the back-and-forth often involved in scheduling, by having direct visibility into your teammates’ calendars.

Schedule meetings right the first time, and reduce the risk of missed meetings with the automatic time zone conversion feature.

Meeting times are automatically converted to the appropriate time for each person, ensuring all teammates are on the same page without the hassle of manual conversions.

Try it Now:

  1. Hit Cmd+K (Mac) or Ctrl+K (Windows) → Create Event to create a meeting.
  2. In the Who line, type your teammate’s email address to see their schedule.
  3. In the When line, type the day, time, and location to schedule the meeting in a different time zone in or outside of the United States.
  4. Hit Cmd+Enter or Ctrl+Enter to create the event.

The calendar meeting will be added to your existing Gmail or Microsoft calendar, and automatically adjusted to the correct time zone.
