Team Read Statuses and Team Reply Indicators

In the previous article, you learned how to leverage Team Snippets to increase your response time. You’ll now learn how to add another layer of efficiency using Team Read Statuses and Team Reply Indicators!

With Team Read Statuses, you can see at a glance when and how teammates read your emails, allowing you to communicate and collaborate more effectively. When you mouse over the checkmarks, Team Read Statuses will appear next to the email’s header.

Team Read Statuses also appear at the bottom right corner of the conversation’s last message.

You can further enhance your team's communication with Team Reply Indicators. This lets you see when a teammate is drafting a reply, or has scheduled a message, preventing responses from overlapping, and ensuring smoother interactions.

⚡ Try it Now:

1. Hit Cmd+K (Mac) or Ctrl+K (Windows) → Enable Team Read Statuses to toggle on Team Read Statuses.
2. Open a message you’ve sent to teammates in Superhuman, and mouse over the checkmarks to the right of the email’s header.
3. Look under the bottom right corner of the conversation’s last message to see who’s opened your message.

The Team Read Status will appear in both places, allowing you to see when, what device, and how many times your message has been opened.
