Discover and join your organization’s account

Included in: Superhuman Pro, Superhuman Business, and Superhuman Enterprise plans

When you sign up for Superhuman with your work email address, you can discover and join your organization’s existing account if this option was enabled by the account admin. To get started, follow these steps:

1. Go to id.superhuman.com and sign up with your work email. You may be asked to verify it.
2. If your organization is already on Superhuman, you will see a prompt to join it.
3. Select your organization and click Join.

Request a paid seat

If you initially joined as a free user, you can request a paid seat by following these steps:

1. Go to your Profile page.
2. Select Request upgrade.
3. Add a note for your admin if you want, then send the request.

Note: If the account admin has enabled instant approvals and a paid seat is available, you get it right away. Otherwise, you keep your free seat while your admin reviews your request. If you do not see this option, it means your plan does not offer paid seat requests.
