You can allow people with your organization’s email domain to discover and join your organization’s account when they sign up for Superhuman. This makes it easier for teams to grow their account organically: Colleagues find and join on their own instead of waiting for an invite, so more of your organization gets onto Superhuman with less admin overhead. You choose whether new members receive paid seats right away or after you approve it.
To get started, go to your Admin Settings and open the Invites and access page.
Add approved domains
In the Domains section, add the email domains people can use to find your organization’s account. A domain shows as verified once it is confirmed. Once you add a domain, anyone who signs up with an email address under that domain can discover and join your Superhuman account.
Choose how new members join
In the Join settings section, set the default setting for new members:
- Anyone: Anyone from approved domains can discover and join your organization’s account.
- Invite only: Only invited colleagues can join your organization’s account. Your account won’t appear at sign-up for new users who register under the same domain.
Choose how paid seats are allocated
Under Full access approval, choose how paid seats are allocated:
- Instant approval: Automatically grant full access. If paid seats are available, new members get them right away.
- Manual approval: Require admin approval. Members do not get full access to your workspace until you approve them.
Note: These settings do not affect the people you invite on the Members page—they can still join right away.
Review membership requests
To review requests for paid seats, follow these steps:
- Go to the Members page.
- Open the Pending requests tab.
- Accept or deny each request, or select several and accept or deny them together.
If no paid seats are available, you will be charged for extra paid seats when you accept membership requests.
Note: If your organization uses SAML single sign-on, make sure new members are assigned access to Superhuman in your identity provider.
