I already have a subscription—whom do I contact for billing assistance?
If you have a Coda subscription, please contact Coda Support at support@coda.io. If you’re a Superhuman Mail subscriber, please reach out to Mail Support at hello@superhuman.com.
For assistance with Grammarly or Superhuman suite subscriptions, please contact Grammarly Support.
What happens with my existing Grammarly subscription?
We don’t currently provide automatic access to the Superhuman suite to existing customers.
If you are an existing Grammarly customer, your subscription and billing amount will remain the same. If you’re interested in exploring the Superhuman suite, which includes Coda, Grammarly, Mail, and Go, our new AI assistant, you can learn more at superhuman.com. You can also access Superhuman Go through your Grammarly subscription. Learn more in this article: About Superhuman Go agents
I already have separate subscriptions with Mail and/or Coda—how do I consolidate them and switch to the Superhuman suite price?
Unfortunately, we don’t currently offer an option to consolidate existing subscriptions into the Superhuman suite. If you start a new Superhuman subscription, your existing subscriptions to other products will remain separate and be billed accordingly.
Do you offer discounts or free trials for the Superhuman suite?
We don’t currently offer discounts or free trials for the Superhuman suite. The good news is that with the Superhuman suite, you unlock all of Superhuman for less than the cost of buying everything separately. It’s the most cost-effective way to experience the full power of Superhuman: seamlessly connected, smarter together, and better for your budget. Learn more here: Introducing the Superhuman suite
How can I upgrade my existing Grammarly subscription to a Superhuman plan?
If you are a Grammarly Pro customer, you can unlock the Superhuman suite by signing in at superhuman.com. Access for other Grammarly, Coda, and Superhuman Mail subscribers is coming soon.
Can I upgrade my existing Superhuman Pro subscription to Superhuman Business?
If you are a Superhuman Pro customer, you can upgrade to Superhuman Business by signing in at superhuman.com/plans. You can upgrade to Superhuman Business only for a subscription period that is the same or longer than your current one. Switching to a shorter subscription period isn’t currently supported. During the upgrade, your payment method on file will be charged the prorated difference. You’ll see the exact amount due before completing the purchase.
I’m trying to upgrade to Superhuman Pro or Superhuman Business, but I get the message “Sorry, we’re unable to complete your purchase at this time.”
This may happen if you have an existing Grammarly or Superhuman Mail subscription. Unfortunately, the Superhuman suite is not yet available to existing customers, but we’re working hard to make it happen.
I’m trying to upgrade to Superhuman Business, but I get the message “Sorry, but your current plan is not eligible for an upgrade to Business.”
You may encounter this error if you’re currently on a discounted Pro subscription and attempt to upgrade to Superhuman Business. Please contact Support for assistance.
I have an active Mail subscription, and my payment is declined when I try to upgrade to the Superhuman Business plan.
Upgrades from existing Superhuman Mail subscriptions to new Superhuman suite plans are currently available only to individual subscribers. To be the first to know when this option becomes available to team subscribers, please sign up for updates.
Can I move my existing Mail subscription to the Superhuman suite?
The option to convert an existing Mail subscription to a Superhuman suite plan is currently available only to individual subscribers. To be the first to know when this option becomes available to team subscribers, please sign up for updates.
If you have an active individual Mail subscription, you can convert your account to a Superhuman Business plan at superhuman.com/plans.
In this case, you will be charged the full amount for your new Superhuman Business plan and receive a prorated refund for the unused period of your Mail subscription. Your Mail settings and data will remain intact. Any existing Mail discounts or credits won’t apply to your new plan.
Note: Make sure to use the same email address that’s associated with your Mail subscription. If you purchase the Superhuman Business plan using a different email address, you will continue to be billed for Mail separately.
Can I purchase individual products separately?
While the Superhuman suite brings these products together, Grammarly, Coda, and Superhuman Mail will remain available as standalone products for customers who prefer to use them individually.
With the Superhuman suite, you unlock all of Superhuman for less than the cost of buying everything separately. It’s the most cost-effective way to experience the full power of Superhuman: seamlessly connected, smarter together, and better for your budget. Explore more here: superhuman.com/plans
I purchased the Superhuman Business suite with an email address separate from my Mail subscription. Now I’m being double-charged.
If you purchased the Superhuman Business suite while you already had an existing Mail subscription, please contact Support so we can offer ways to keep your access to Grammarly, Coda, and Superhuman Go via the Superhuman suite without being double-billed for Mail.
Alternatively, if you have an individual Mail subscription, you can cancel it by hitting Cmd+K or Ctrl+K → Billing. We do not recommend this option if you have a team subscription to Mail because your previous team data and settings will not transfer to your Superhuman account.
