Fix problems signing in to Superhuman

I forgot my password

1. Go to id.superhuman.com/reset-password.
2. Enter your email address and click Send reset link.
3. Click the link in the password reset email.
4. On the page that opens, enter your new password and click Reset password.

• Fix a problem with not receiving a password reset email
• Fix a password reset link that redirects to the sign-in page

Note: If you used Google, Microsoft, or Apple as your sign-up method, select the corresponding option at id.superhuman.com/signin.

I don’t remember my account email address

If you forgot your account email address, try these steps:

1. Search every email account you use for emails from Superhuman.
2. Try requesting a password reset at id.superhuman.com/reset-password using each email address you might have used to create your account.

If you have a paid account or still can’t locate the login details, contact Support.

I don’t have access to my email address

If you no longer have access to the email address associated with your paid account, please contact Support.

If you have a free account and can’t access your email address, create a new account with a different email address.
