Admins of organizational subscriptions can control which AI agents their team members can use in docs, Grammarly’s new AI writing surface.
If access to docs is enabled, all agents are available by default. Admins can then activate or deactivate individual agents for all members or specific member groups on the Agent access page. Learn more about AI agents.
The following agents can be turned on or off:
- Paraphraser: Rework text to match tone, style, and audience — with a humanize mode for natural flow.
- Humanizer: Allow members to make any text sound more natural.
- Reader Reactions: Allow members to see how their readers may respond to their work.
- AI Grader: Allow members to see a prediction of the grade and feedback an assignment may receive.
- Citation Finder: Allow members to scan for claims that require citations and receive potential sources.
- AI Detector: Allow members to spot patterns in their text that frequently occur in AI writing.
- Plagiarism Checker: Allow members to check their writing against a database of academic and online sources to ensure all copied text is cited.
