Allow required domains for firewall access

If you have a firewall in place that restricts access to certain domains, learn which domains need to be allowed to use Coda seamlessly.

If you or your organization uses a firewall to restrict access to certain domains, you may run into issues when trying to access Coda. In particular, you may run into an error message that states:

We found a problem. There was an error retrieving files from our servers. Please check if you have a firewall preventing access to the following host.

Allow required domains

To resolve this and gain access to Coda, you will need allow the following domains to your firewall's allowed list:

  • coda.io

  • .coda.io

  • codacontent.io

  • codahosted.io

If you continue experiencing issues after allowing the above domains, please feel free to contact Coda's support team at support@coda.io.
