If you have a firewall in place that restricts access to certain domains, learn which domains need to be allowed to use Superhuman Docs seamlessly.
If you or your organization uses a firewall to restrict access to certain domains, you may run into issues when trying to access Superhuman Docs. In particular, you may run into an error message that states:
We found a problem. There was an error retrieving files from our servers. Please check if you have a firewall preventing access to the following host.
Allow required domains
To resolve this and gain access to Superhuman Docs, you will need to allow the following domains to your firewall's allowed list:
- superhuman.com
- *.superhuman.com
If you continue experiencing issues after allowing the above domains, please feel free to contact Coda's support team at care@superhuman.com.
We are now Superhuman Docs
Coda became Superhuman Docs on July 8th, 2026. Your existing docs will continue to work as-is, and any coda.io links will automatically redirect to docs.superhuman.com. However, if your organization uses an allow list or blocks our domain, org members may temporarily be unable to access their docs.
