Easily find the right doc in your Superhuman Docs workspaces by searching for titles, pages, or content

Use our doc list search tool to search for and find docs in your workspace or across multiple workspaces. Even if you don’t know the name of the doc, this tool can help you locate the doc so you can jump in and get to work. You can search for doc titles, page titles, page content, table content, and more.

Search via the search bar

To get started, just go to your workspace home (docs.superhuman.com). Then start typing your keyword or phrase into the search bar at the very top of the window.

Results will be displayed as you type. You can even filter these results by...
  • In: Choose the workspace(s) or folder(s) to search within

  • Type: Choose whether you want to see docs, pages, tables or any combination in your results

  • People: Filter docs owned by or shared with specific people

  • Date: Here you can filter by either the date the doc was Last modified or Created. Then you can select a date or date range.

  • Packs: Use this filter to only see results that are synced from specific Packs

  • Exact match: to display only exact matches of your search criteria

Once you’ve found what you’re looking for, just click on that result to be taken directly there. And if you want to save that doc for future convenience, consider pinning it to the workspace or saving it to your shortcuts.

You can also perform detailed searches within a doc - and across docs in your workspace - via our in-doc search tool. Learn more here.

Browse via sections

You can also browse docs in your workspace via the built-in filters, which you'll see as sections in the left-hand panel.

  • Home: shows you a high-level view of docs across all your workspaces, starting with the ones you accessed most recently.
  • Starred docs: contains the docs you personally saved for quick access.
  • Shared with me: find docs that have been shared with you by other workspace members.
  • Owned by me: contains docs that you personally own.
