To contact support, follow the steps below:

  1. From any doc, expand your page list on the left-hand side of the screen, and click the question mark icon that's shown at the bottom. 

    1. Or from your workspace home, click on the question mark in the bottom right corner of the screen.

  2. In the panel that opens on the right, select Contact support

  3. Follow the prompts to send the team a message

Support hours

The Superhuman Docs support team is available Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm PST.

If you have a question outside of our working hours, you are welcome to write into the chat and work with our AI bot to try and solve your issue. Alternatively, you can check out the Superhuman Community, which includes Docs experts from around the world.

 

FAQs

How do I report a bug?

We greatly appreciate our community’s help in identifying bugs. If you notice something buggy, please feel free to notify support so we can inform our product team.

To report a bug, follow these steps:

  1. From any Superhuman doc, click on the question mark icon at the bottom of the left-hand page list

  2. This will open a menu on the right. Select Contact support at the bottom of the options

  3. Click Send us a message

  4. Choose I think I’m encountering a bug from the options

  5. Next, select The issue’s with something else

  6. You’ll then receive a form where you can submit your bug report. Follow the prompts to complete the form.

I can’t open my Superhuman Docs account or docs - how can I contact support?

If you’re unable to log in to or open Superhuman Docs, and therefore cannot access the in-product chat widget, you can send support at email at care@superhuman.com.
