Set up the Grammarly integration
If you aren’t already using Grammarly, you’ll need to start by either downloading Grammarly for Mac or Grammarly for Windows, or installing one of the supported Grammarly browser extensions. Check out the system requirements below to learn more.
ℹ️ To guarantee the best experience with the Grammarly integration in Superhuman Docs, please note the following system requirements:
Grammarly for Windows requires Windows 10 (build 1903) or newer.
Grammarly for Mac requires macOS 10.15 or newer.
If using the Grammarly extension for Chrome, please ensure you’re using version 14.1213.0 or later.
If using the Grammarly extension for Edge, please ensure you’re using version 14.1091.0 or later.
Superhuman Docs is not supported in the Grammarly browser extensions for Firefox or Safari. Instead, please use Grammarly for Windows for Firefox, or use Grammarly for Mac for Safari. You can also consider temporarily using Chrome or Edge, as these browser extensions currently support Superhuman Docs.
Once you have Grammarly downloaded on your device or added to your browser, getting started in Docs is easy. You simply need to open a doc and start typing. You should see the Grammarly widget in the bottom right corner of the doc. Continue to the next section to learn more about using this widget.
Start using Grammarly in Superhuman Docs
You should now see the Grammarly widget in the bottom right corner of your docs. As you start typing, portions of text may become underlined. These underlines represent Grammarly’s suggestions.
Hover over any underline to learn more about the suggestion. Or click on the number shown in the widget to review and scroll through all suggestions for a page. Use the Accept button to accept and implement the suggestion, or use Dismiss to dismiss the suggestion and clear the underline.
