See your Day & Week
Desktop
Hit Cmd+K (Mac) or Ctrl+K (Windows) β Open Day or 0 (zero) to see today's schedule in the right sidebar. When you open or hover over a calendar invite, the day's schedule will also appear in the sidebar.
To see your week, click the calendar icon on the left sidebar or just hit 2. Hit = or J to advance to the next week, and - or K to return to the previous week. Hit T to return to today.
MobileΒ
To see your day, tap the Calendar icon in the top left corner.
Or, tap the calendar icon next to the date when viewing a calendar invite.Β
To see your month on iOS (coming soon for Android), tap theΒ month nameΒ in the top-left corner, or tap the dropdown arrow beside it to expand the calendar.
SwipeΒ within the month to move month-to-month, then tapΒ TodayΒ to return to the current date.
To switch between multi-day views, tap theΒ view selectorΒ icon in the top-right corner.
Switch between One day, Two day, or Three day views.
Note that the month view and multi-day views are not yet available on Android, and the week view is not yet available on Mobile.
Add Calendars
Most of us have multiple calendarsβwork, personal, maybe a side hustle. And weβve got you covered.
β‘Try It Now on Desktop
- Click the calendar icon on the left sidebar or just hit 2.
- Click β next to Calendars to sign in with Google or Microsoft.
You can also hit Cmd+K or Ctrl+K β Calendar Settings and click Sign in with Google or Sign in with Microsoft.
To change the calendar color, click ... to the right of each calendar. To turn on calendar notifications, hit Cmd+K or Ctrl+K β Event Notifications and select your preferred time.

- From the top of your inbox, pull down then swipe right (like youβre making an L) for Superhuman Command.
- Type Calendar Settings.
- Tap on the circle to enable or disable your specific calendars, or tap Sign in with Google or with Microsoft to add calendars from other accounts.
Add Meeting Links
Tired of forgetting to add that Google Meet or Zoom link? Hit Cmd+K or Ctrl+K β Meeting Link Settings to automatically add those links to all calendar events!
Add Timezones
Work across multiple time zones? You can add another timezone to your calendar by hitting Cmd+K or Ctrl+K β Timezone Settings.
The secondary timezone will appear in the week view.
