FAQs

Can I change the color of an event?

At the moment, Mail will reflect the event colors set in Google Calendar or Outlook, but doesn’t directly support changing event colors. If this is something you’d like to see, let our team know by hitting Cmd+K or Ctrl+KFeedback.

I don’t see Edit Events in my account.

Hit Cmd+K or Ctrl+KCheck for Updates to ensure you’re on the latest version of the app.

Can I edit events if I’m not the owner?

No, you’ll only be able to edit events if you’re the owner or have full edit permissions on the calendar.

What happens if I edit an event while offline?

You can still make edits offline. If someone else edits the same event while you’re offline, the most recent version will be saved once you’re reconnected.

I don’t see any Meeting Rooms.

When creating or editing an event, click Enter a location or room, then click Browse rooms.

If you aren’t seeing any Meeting Rooms, you’ll want to make sure the proper permissions have been granted.

Gmail users: make sure you’ve completed the one-time permissions prompt to give Superhuman Mail access to your rooms.

Admin steps:

1. Go to entra.microsoft.com

2. ApplicationsEnterprise applications.

Ask your admin to approve room access for Superhuman Mail by following the steps in the FAQ above. Once they approve, Meeting Rooms will appear automatically for everyone on your team — no one else needs to take any action.

Do I need to sign out to see Meeting Rooms?

No — you’ll simply see a one-time prompt in the app. Approve it once, and Meeting Rooms will appear automatically. There’s no need to sign out or restart.
