No matter how packed our schedules get, the right view helps us make sense of it all. You can easily manage your calendar without leaving your Superhuman Mail inbox 📆

See your Day & Week

Desktop

Hit Cmd+K (Mac) or Ctrl+K (Windows) → Open Day or 0 (zero) to see today's schedule in the right sidebar. When you open or hover over a calendar invite, the day's schedule will also appear in the sidebar.

To see your week, click the calendar icon on the left sidebar or just hit 2. Hit = or J to advance to the next week, and - or K to return to the previous week. Hit T to return to today.

Mobile (iOS only) 

To see your day, tap the Calendar icon in the top left corner.

From the top of your inbox, pull down then swipe right (like you’re making an L) for Superhuman Command and type Open Calendar to see your day.

If a message includes a date, tap the button that appears below the message to see the mentioned day.

Or, when viewing a calendar invite, tap the calendar icon next to the date.

The week view is not yet available on Mobile.

Adding Calendars

Most of us have multiple calendars—work, personal, maybe a side hustle. And we’ve got you covered.

⚡Try It Now on Desktop

  1. Click the calendar icon on the left sidebar or just hit 2.
  2. Click âž• next to Calendars to sign in with Google or Microsoft.

You can also hit Cmd+K or Ctrl+K → Calendar Settings and click Sign in with Google or Sign in with Microsoft.

To change the calendar color, click ... to the right of each calendar. To turn on calendar notifications, hit Cmd+K or Ctrl+K → Event Notifications and select your preferred time.

  1. From the top of your inbox, pull down then swipe right (like you’re making an L) for Superhuman Command.
  2. Type Calendar Settings.
  3. Tap on the circle to enable or disable your specific calendars, or tap Sign in with Google or with Microsoft to add calendars from other accounts.

Add Meeting Links

Tired of forgetting to add that Google Meet or Zoom link? Hit Cmd+K or Ctrl+K → Meeting Link Settings to automatically add those links to all calendar events!

Adding Timezones

Work across multiple time zones? You can add another timezone to your calendar by hitting Cmd+K or Ctrl+K → Timezone Settings.

The secondary timezone will appear in the week view.
