You can have Superhuman automatically archive conversations with certain Auto Labels to keep your inbox clutter-free.
Just hit Cmd+K (Mac) or Ctrl+K (Windows) → Auto Archive Settings to select labels to skip your inbox.
Review these conversations by visiting the Auto Archived folder (Cmd+K or Ctrl+K → go to Auto Archived) or the Auto Label itself (Cmd+K or Ctrl+K → go to [label]).
“Auto archived” will appear below conversations that have skipped the inbox.
Exceptions to Auto Archive
To ensure that you never miss an important message, Superhuman AI will not auto archive certain conversations. If any of the following are true, a conversation will not skip the inbox:
- You have previously sent an email to the recipient
- The sender’s domain is the same as yours (excluding generic domains like gmail.com)
- You have drafted a response in the conversation
- You have previously responded to the conversation
- You have set a reminder on the conversation
