If you're looking for a way to declutter your inbox and reclaim control over your email, you've come to the right place. With just a few simple steps, you'll be able to swiftly and efficiently clear out any unwanted emails, leaving behind only what truly matters.
Mass Archive via Select All
With our Select All feature, select multiple emails at once from a search, from within your inbox, or within a specific Split.
Desktop
- Once you've identified the batch of emails you would like to archive, hit Cmd+K (Mac) or Ctrl+K (Windows) → Select All to select all messages.
- Hit E to mark all selected messages as Done.
This will archive all selected messages into the Done folder. To quickly access the Done folder, hit Cmd+K or Ctrl+K → go to Done or G then E.
Mobile
- Once you've identified the batch of emails you would like to archive, long-press then tap Select All on the top right corner.
- Tap the checkmark to mark all selected messages as Done.
All selected messages will move into the Done folder. For quick access, two-finger tap, then type go to Done.
Mass Archive via Select All From Here
With our Select All from Here feature, select multiple emails from a certain point in a search, from within your inbox, or within a specific Split!
Desktop
- Go to the first message you want to archive. We will mark this, and all messages below as Done!
- Hit Cmd+K or Ctrl+K → Select All From Here to select the first message and all messages below.
- Hit E to mark all selected messages as Done.
This will archive those messages into the Done folder. Hit Cmd+K or Ctrl+K → go to Done or G then E to access the Done folder at any time.
Mobile
- On the main screen, long-press then tap or swipe to batch select messages.
- Once you've finished selecting all messages, tap the checkmark to mark all selected messages as Done.
This will archive all selected messages into the Done folder. Two-finger tap, then type go to Done to quickly access the Done folder.
Get Me to Zero
Get Me to Zero lets you choose exactly which messages are moved in bulk from your inbox to the Done folder.
Desktop
- To get started, just hit Cmd+K or Ctrl+K → Get Me To Zero.
- Select a time frame, or click "More options..." to keep your Unread messages or Starred messages.
- If you select these checkboxes, Unread or Starred messages will be ignored during your Get Me To Zero action.
- Once you've made your selection, click Let's Go to run the archive.
Mobile
Get Me To Zero is only available on Desktop at the moment.

Processing a mass archive is taking a while. What’s going on?
We intentionally batch-process lots of actions to avoid hitting the limit on how much data you can send through Gmail or Outlook’s API.
I want to undo the mass archive.
You can undo Get Me To Zero at any time within seven days. Just hit Cmd+K or Ctrl+K → Bulk Actions.
