Individual Users
To cancel your Superhuman Mail subscription, hit Cmd+K (Mac) or Ctrl+K (Windows) → Cancel Subscription or log into superhuman.com/admin.
Non-Contracted Team Users
- If you are a member of a non-contracted team, reach out to your admin to cancel your subscription. Alternatively, you can hit Cmd+K or Ctrl+K → Billing Support to have our team cancel your subscription and remove you from the team.
- If you are an admin of a non-contracted team, you can remove members by hitting Cmd+K or Ctrl+K → Manage Team or by logging into superhuman.com/admin.
Contracted Team Users
Please reach out to your Customer Success Manager to cancel your subscription.
Reactivating your subscription
To reactivate your subscription, visit superhuman.com/pricing and sign up using the same account you originally used.
