Pipedrive
The Pipedrive integration for Superhuman allows you to:
- See Persons, Companies, and Deals details right from your inbox 👀
- Customize which sections and fields you see 🛠️
Desktop
View Pipedrive data
You can view Pipedrive data associated with the contacts that you are emailing. Simply hover over a recipient in an email and the data will display in the right sidebar.
To get started:
- You must be on the Business or Enterprise plan.
- Hit Cmd+K (Mac) or Ctrl+K (Windows) → Pipedrive Settings.
- Then, log into Pipedrive and you’ll see CRM information in the sidebar for any contact that has a record in Pipedrive!
Customize your View
You can customize the sections in your Pipedrive sidebar. To add or remove fields, hit ⚙️.
You can update Pipedrive fields by hitting Cmd+K or Ctrl+K → Edit, then hit Cmd+Enter or Ctrl+Enter to save.
Auto-Bcc
Superhuman allows you to add your Pipedrive-generated bcc address to every message that you send. To get started, first find your Pipedrive bcc address:
- Open Pipedrive.
- Find your profile icon in the top right corner, and hit Personal Preferences from the dropdown.
- Expand the settings menu next to settings / personal preferences and hit Email sync.
- Navigate to Smart Bcc and copy smart Bcc email address.
Then, in Superhuman you'll want to:
- Hit Cmd+K or Ctrl+K → Auto-Bcc Settings.
- Paste the Bcc address into the window that appears.
- Hit Enter to save the change.
Mobile
The Pipedrive integration is only available on desktop at the moment.

How do I remove the Auto-Bcc address from all messages moving forward?
- Hit Cmd+K or Ctrl+K → Auto-Bcc Settings.
- Delete the Bcc address from the field.
- Hit Enter to save your changes.
How do I remove the Auto-Bcc address from a single message?
- While drafting your message, hit Cmd+Shift+B or Ctrl+Shift+B to expand and bring Superhuman's focus to the "Bcc" field.
- Delete the Auto-Bcc address from the "Bcc" field.
How do I edit Pipedrive data in Superhuman?
Edit access is not currently available for Pipedrive CRM.
