Team Comments

In the previous article, you learned how to share conversations with teammates to swiftly bring them up to speed. Now, let's delve into using Team Comments for even more effective collaboration.

Like Shared Conversations, Team Comments streamline internal communication on external messages. They allow you to collaborate quickly with full context, and include teammates wherever they are!

You can easily jump in with input or feedback by writing a comment on a shared conversation. You can also loop teammates in quickly by adding a comment and using an @mention to share and bring them into the conversation.

With Team Comments, the conversation is kept in one place, ensuring that everyone stays informed, and can contribute no matter whether they are a Superhuman user or not!

💡 Tip: You can use Shared Conversations and Team Comments with all teammates, even if they are not a Superhuman user yet.

âš¡Try it Now:

  1. Select the shared conversation from the previous exercise.
  2. Hit M to write a test comment.
  3. In the test comment, @mention a new teammate to share the conversation with them. Try @mentioning a teammate who isn’t a Superhuman user.

By using the @mention in your comment, you've successfully shared the conversation with the new teammate. They now have full access to the entire conversation, and can participate by writing their own comments.
