Superhuman allows you to add your Salesforce-generated bcc address to every message that you send. Currently, this does not log emails to specific Salesforce records. To get started, first find your Salesforce bcc address:

  1. Open Salesforce
  2. Find your profile icon in the top right corner, and hit Settings from the dropdown.
  3. Under the Email section in the left hand side, hit My Email to Salesforce
  4. Select which records you wish to associate emails to and hit Save.
  5. Copy the highlighted email address that appears as Your Email to Salesforce address.

Then, in Superhuman you'll want to:

  1. Hit Cmd+K (Mac) or Ctrl+K (Windows) → Auto-Bcc Settings.
  2. Paste the bcc address into the window that appears.
  3. Hit Enter to save the change

Common causes of errors

  • You will see an error message if your Salesforce edition does not have API access enabled. Check here for the editions that have API access.
  • If you have the right Salesforce edition, you may need to check with your Salesforce admin that your account is “API-enabled” to enable the Salesforce integration with Superhuman.
