Managing Accounts on Mobile
Trying to configure your accounts on Mobile? We’ve got you covered!
How to add a new account
- In your inbox, press-and-hold the circle in the bottom right corner.
- Tap Accounts.
- Tap Add Account.
- Sign into your Gmail or Outlook account.
How to change which account you’re viewing
There are two ways you can do this!
- Tap that circle to flip through your accounts.
- Press-and-hold the circle and tap an account in the list that appears.
How to change the order of your accounts
- Press-and-hold the circle in the bottom right corner.
- Tap on Accounts.
- Press-and-hold then drag the 3 lines on the right of the account you’d like to move to the desired spot.
How to remove an account
- Press-and-hold the circle in the bottom right corner.
- Tap on Accounts.
- Tap on Sign out next to the account you’d like to remove.
