Superhuman offers an annual version of each pricing plan:

  • Starter: $300/year (a 17% discount on the $30/month plan)
  • Business: $396/year (a 17% discount on the $40/month plan)
  • Enterprise: Please reach out for more details on enterprise pricing ✉️

How do I sign up?

Existing Customer

If you already have an active Superhuman subscription on our monthly plan, then our Delight team would be more than happy to switch you over to our annual plan!

Just send an email to hello@superhuman.com and they’ll switch you over right away ⚡

New Customer

Upon signing up for Superhuman, you’ll notice the option for "Yearly" on our pricing page:

Toggle that on, and you can select which annual pricing option works best for you and/or your team ✨

What happens when I sign up for an annual plan?

Great question! When you switch from our monthly plan to the annual plan, we'll prorate your invoice to take your latest payment into account.

If you’re signing up for the first time, you’ll be charged the full annual subscription amount.

Your subscription will automatically renew each year on the day that you sign up for the annual subscription plan. 

What happens if I cancel on an annual plan?

When you cancel an annual plan, you’ll still have access to Superhuman until the end of that billing period. 

Can I get a refund on my annual plan?

You're welcome to use Superhuman for the rest of your annual plan's duration if you cancel. 

Or, we can refund you for the remainder (but you'd lose access to Superhuman). Please reach out to hello@superhuman.com if you'd like assistance with this!

Can there be multiple people on an annual plan under one billing account?

Yes! You can have up to 14 people on the annual plan under one subscription. 

If you'd like to have more than 14 folks on your billing account, just let our team know! We'll set you up with one of our Account Managers who can share more about our pricing options for larger teams.
